Our fourth “Juliet Memorial” represented a big step for our Foundation. We moved to a new venue – the outstanding 1757 Golf Club in nearby Sterling, VA. We unveiled a new logo and web presence including a complete website redesign, and profiles on twitter and facebook. And we effectively completed on-site credit card transactions – in response to recommendations from our guests. Some things stayed the same. Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays gave us an amazing prize package to the Viceroy Anguilla. We brought close to 100 golfers to the site – not bad considering the 32 degree temps at the opening of registration. Many of our players wore pink. And as always we had lots of fun while raising money for NICU preemies and their families, and the caregivers who help to get them home.

The 3rd edition of the "Juliet Memorial" was another successful event. 108 golfers filled the track at VA Oaks in Gainesville. We had the most golfers, gave away the best prizes, and rasied the most money. A special thanks to Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays for donating the Grand Prize in our raffle - 8 days / 7 nights in Hawaii! Anybody can get lucky once. The 2nd edition proved we could deliver consistently. We also dealt with adversity as IT issues and weather slowed us down, but did not stop the 90 golfers who participated. This event was characterized by what we learned from 2012 and by what we hadn't yet learned. Once again, VA Oaks took great care of us. And once again, Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays donated the Grand Prize in our raffle - 4 nights in Saint Lucia! A special thanks to DC United for enabling a special appearance of the US Open Cup at our tournament. Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, and participants for making this event possible.

We actually pulled it off. On relatively short notice, we hosted a charity golf tournament. 100 (with one calling in sick the monrning of) golfers participated in this 1st edition - made memorable by Juliet's big sister's opening ceremonial tee shot, weather that consistently teased us with rain, and a fastastic table full of amazing prizes, all of which were raffled off to our participants. A special thanks to Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays for donating the Grand Prize in our raffle - a long weekend at a cozy B&B on the Chesapeake! Thanks to VA Oaks for sharing your wonderful venue with us and putting up with rookie hosts. Thanks to Coach TJ White and his girls from Arlington Soccer for our homemade breakfast spread. Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, and participants for making this event possible, and more importantly, for helping to start a wonderful annual tribute to Juliet Grace.
